At MaisonBayt, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you receive a damaged product, we are here to help.
Return Eligibility
- Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Returns are only accepted for:
- Damaged products received during delivery.
- Wrong product received.
Mandatory Unboxing Video
To claim a return or refund, customers must provide:
- A clear unboxing video recorded from the moment the package is opened.
- The video must clearly show the shipping label and the damaged product.
Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for return or refund.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind.
- Products damaged after delivery.
- Products without original packaging.
- Claims made after 7 days of delivery.
Refund Process
- Once the returned item is inspected and approved, the refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
